Pricing & Billing

• Our pricing plans are clearly displayed on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
• Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.
• In exceptional circumstances such as prolonged service unavailability, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• WordCloudStudio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordCloudStudio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the service at your own risk.

User Responsibilities & Breach

• You agree to use WordCloudStudio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the service or other users.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
